"Stranger Things (Music From The Netflix Original Series)" - Various (2018)

I'm a much bigger fan of the "Stranger Things" albums that include the original score for the series.  And if I wasn't a fan of "ST"...I probably would have just passed on this soundtrack compilation.  In this instance, two records filled with music from the 80s.  I didn't need it, but I wanted it.

I doubt I will play this square very often, but the seller offered me a steal-of-a-deal while loading up his cart to leave.  I was holding the album and he said he would let it go for $5.  The album was opened but still in the shrink.  And as far as I could tell, all the goodies were intact and the vinyl looked unplayed.  Nineteen songs, plus a few short snippets of dialogue mixed in-between the tracks.

The album cover is beautiful and includes a "Stranger Things" sticker and a mini-poster.  The inside gatefold has a nice collage of pics from the series, as well.  For a small price, I'm pretty happy adding this to the "ST" collection.  On a side note...even if you are not a fan of the show…definitely check out the "Stranger Things" albums with the actual scores from the series.  That's where the upside-down good stuff hides.
